Along with Clifton, the title track features the lead vocal of Andy Bey, with John F. Adams - keyboards/bc vc., Peter Bernstein - guitar, Tom Barney - bass, Steve Jordan - drums, Victor See Yuen - percussion, Mala Waldron and Angela Workman - background vocals. The rest of the tracks feature the stellar line-up of: Al Foster / Ronnie Burrage / Steve Jordan - drums, Buster Williams/ Tom Barney - bass, Stephen Scott/ Monty Alexander/ Tadataka Unno - piano, Peter Bernstein - guitar, Sammy Figueroa/ Victor See Yuen - percussion, Rene McLean/ Antoine Roney and Eric Wyatt -.saxophones and reeds in various configurations.
