About the Album
Melodic and multidimentional music, inspired by Tibetan folk music, slavic heritage and European third stream jazz and avant garde scene, with personal touch and scandinavian sence of space from Tomasz Dąbrowski. Compositions written specifically for this lineup, musicians in the group, with one idea - to underline their unique voice and create a band, where sound of one individual looses it's meaning without a context. Album Tomasz Dąbrowski FREE4ARTS - "Six Months and Ten Drops" features 7 original compositions rich in strong ideas and unconventional musical solutions. Group FREE4ARTS features some of my absolute favorite musicians and at this same time the most impressive young players on the Scandinavian scene: Kasper Tom on drums and Sven Dam Meinild on baritone sax, together with one the most important pianists and composers in Europe - Jacob Anderskov.
