From the album
Confident display of technique and prowess. Jaunts along with vigour and lightfulness.
About the Album
"Rhapsody" is the first track from "In Real Time," 52-year-old trumpeter/composer John Bailey's debut album as a leader. Why, after more than 30 years as one of the busiest sidemen in the business, is Bailey now making his debut as a leader? His answer is simple yet profound: "It was just time."
