About the Album

RICHARD HOWELL -Continuing to share art expressing positivity, love, compassion, honesty unabashed while fearless to hold those accountable in the most respectful manner recalling first the golden rule. “Moon Over Tiburon” the new album from award winning Bay Area creative giving light to darkness like witnessing the beauty of a full moon illuminating bright assisting the night with positivity before the rays of morning sunlight. One of the many highlights of this powerful seven jazz composition album is the remake of the critically acclaimed song “WE ARE ALL CONNECTED” Mr.Howell kept getting request to rerelease the original after it had been performed at memorials, Passover seder, union meetings, gatherings involving unity and performed by middle school and high school youth combo bands in all parts of the world, it even made to the Oval Office during the Obama Administration! A song of the times, he chose to offer another version with the thought of it connecting even more people, again to bring light.

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded albums and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, limited reopenings and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary step that will help musicians and venues now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the sticky footer ad). Thank you!
