About the Album

The title track of Iordache's latest album, Garden Beast, inspired by Iordache's own garden and the animals and plants within it, as well as nature's own rhythms and cycles.

Musicians: Iordache: alto saxophone, vocals (on Magnolia), arrangements; Sebastian Burneci: trumpet; Florian Radu: trombone; Toni Kühn: keyboards, electric guitar on Captain Rabbit; Dan Alex Mitrofan: electric guitar; Uţu Pascu: electric bass; Tavi Scurtu: drums, tambourine.

Special Guest: Sanem Kalfa: lead vocals on Magnolia.

All tunes by Iordache. Captain Rabbit contains elements from Funiculi Funicula by Luigi Denza (1880, public domain). My Dog Zorro contains elements from Echinox by Marius Popp from the album Nodul Gordian (1983), used with the composer’s permission. Cover art by Medicine Madison.
