Fiona's Comments

Beautiful and poetic. Lyrics could equally have been written for Liz Wright.

About the Album

My Favorite Color, Jackie Allen's new 2014 release, features two originals and eight standards, reaching from the 30's to the 70's. Diana is a Jackie Allen original, a jazz waltz expressing the regrets of trading a free-spirited bohemian life for corporate security and features the brilliant saxophone playing of Steve Eisen with John Moulder, Ben Lewis, Dane Richeson, and Hans Sturm.
