Fiona's Comments

Orchestral piece transitions nicely into organ jazz tune with generous gospel infusions. This is a seriously nifty track. Very happy to feature it.

About the Album

An ex-girlfriend's mother tragically died. We were having a difficult time during her illness and I wrote this Fugue as a peace offering. In the 2nd part I have my musical revenge, if you will, on all my ex-girlfriends. Personnel: Brian Charette (Hammond B3 organ), Jay Collins (flute, baritone saxophone, tambourine), Mike DiRuboo (alto & soprano sax), Joel Frahm (tenor sax), John Ellis (bass clarinet), and Jochen Rueckert (drums).
