About the Album

The Grammy nominated composer/arranger/saxophonist returns for his 3rd release on Origin, this time featuring his sextet in a live set at one of Los Angeles' premier jazz venues. With a sense of searching and adventure, they explore Richmond's arrangements of standards such as "You Don't Know What Love Is," "Invitation," "The Peacocks," and "Never Let Me Go" along with three innovative originals.
