About the Album

"Triangle" is a fast waltz which at some point evades into swing, then reverts to its triangular shape. I have written it as a tribute to one of my musical heroes, Sun Ra. The album features myself and Lucian Nagy on saxophones, Petre Ionutescu on trumpet, guitarist Dan Alex Mitrofan, bassist Utu Pascu, drummer Tavi Scurtu and Romanian guitar legend Toni Kuhn, on both guitar and keyboards. The album title is inspired by Pac-Man.
