A strong and beautiful debut by the quartet David's Angels. Eight songs by singer Sofie Norling, pianist Maggi Olin and Torben Waldorff. The music contrasts between angel-like and brutal sounds. The lyrics are about belonging, sorrow and letting go. This is one of Sweden's most intense new acts. Ingrid Jensen is on trumpet and effects, David Carlsson on bass, Michala Ostergaard- Nielsen on drums. Sofie Norling vocals and Maggi Olin piano/Rhodes/organ.
